On behalf of my husband Mike and I it is our
pleasure to be sending you this email,
especially before Christmas and New
Years.This
evening (12/8) I placed an order for the
beautiful Waterford Christmas Tree Sculpture @
$80. It was a very important gift being
sent to very special friends of ours in
Florida.Ms.
Hopmoen took the order and it was a joy,
pleasure and delight speaking with her.
She is articulate, extremely pleasant and
wonderfully professional. When she looked
at the remaining stock online she mentioned only
4 were left. I asked if she could take one off
the shelf right away because I was concerned
that by Monday all might be sold. With
great courtesy, she went back to the storeroom
area, and, in fact, only 2 were left. Were
it not for her prompt and caring action, it is
very possible that by Monday, there would be
none. She put it in a safe and secure area
to be shipped on Monday and received by
Thursday. Our friends are traveling out of town
next weekend and will be gone for 10 days. The
gift must be received before they leave. She
also had very nice things to say about her
wonderful boss! I can't remember when, if
ever, I heard the employee praise the
employer. It made our holiday season a
little bit nicer when I told my husband about
this after I hung up the phone. I worked as a
secretary for 30 years in Manhattan in corporate
and commercial banking and my husband worked on
the floor of the NYSE for 33 years. We've had
our experiences!Customers
are all too ready to write or call and complain
when something goes wrong…it is just as
important…MORE IMPORTANT…to let the
boss know when the employee is
terrific!In
view of my interaction with Tami and the
discussion I had with my husband afterward,
we've put Crystal Classics at the top of our "ADD TO FAVORITES" list on the internet.
This will be our first and ongoing source for

arrived on Tuesday 3 Jan 06. The tail was broken
off. I called your customer service.
I was told a new airplane would be shipped and a
prepaid shipping label would be in the box to
return the damaged airplane. I received
the new airplane today.6 Janand put
the damaged airplane in the UPS mail. I
have told this story several times to friends
and business associates. You are really a

In the past, I have always been pleased with
your selection and service. Now I'm downright
delighted. I ordered champagne flutes and one
had a chip in the rim. I called immediately and
without any trouble, your customer service
representative sent out a new pair and a return
